Are your products authentic?

How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Every UK order is sent tracked next working day for £5, and free on orders over £220. Orders placed before 2pm (UK time) Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. We also ship internationally. See our Shipping Policy.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to cancel and return unworn items with their original tags attached. Return postage is paid by the customer. See our Refund Policy.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes — email us and we will reserve your new size where stock allows. The quickest way is to return the original item and place a new order.
How do I know which size to choose?
Our items follow each brand's own sizing. If you are unsure, email us with the item and your usual size and we will advise.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Yes. Our checkout is powered by Shopify and secured with SSL encryption. We never see or store your full card details.
